New PhD student

New PhD student to join our group.

New student, Gaurav Pransu, comes from India, and will join our group as soon as bureaucracy is done. After graduatin form Birla Institute of Technology, Ranchi, India, in 2021 he continued to work in Graphene Research Lab, Karnataka, India. He will be involved primarily in synthesis of intercalated TMDs, characterization and investigation of the stability of ground states under uniaxial and hydrostatic pressures and under high magnetic fields. The work is related to HRZZ project “Intercalated transition metal dichalcogenides“
